We collect the following via the Site:

No other personal data is collected. We do not run a newsletter or collect data via other forms.

- Directly from you: When you fill in the demo/trial form.
- Automatically: Via Google Analytics cookies and tracking technologies when you browse the Site.

- Form data: Stored in Lovable Cloud (EU servers).
- Email notifications: Stored in our email system.
- Analytics data: Processed by Google (EU servers with IP anonymisation enabled).
No data transfers outside the UK/EEA.
6. How long we keep it
- Demo/trial data: Up to 2 years after last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default).
7. Who we share it with
We share data only with the following processors, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement:
- Lovable — form data storage and processing. Lovable acts as a data processor under a published DPA (lovable.dev/data-processing-agreement), operates on EU-based servers, holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications, and will not use your data to train AI models. Sub-processors are listed at lovable.dev/subprocessors.
- Google LLC — site analytics via Google Analytics, processed on EU servers with IP anonymisation enabled, under Google's standard data processing terms.
No data is shared with any other third parties or used for marketing purposes.
8. Your rights
You have rights under UK GDPR including:
- Access your data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention).
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent (e.g. for analytics).
